Availability is subjected to the timings of each Homechef.

Hommy.in is very particular about hygiene and preparation standards. Apart of that, there are multi level procedures, directed by dedicated teams for listing on Hommy.in

Understanding – Educating – Quality Testing – Hygiene Check – Packing methods – Training – Supervision.

Only 3-4 out of 10 are qualified to list on hommy.in

Once listed, hommy.in has no influence on resulting priorities. It’s all depends on your selected location and timings of individual Homechef.

We only list signature specials of homechef not every item they can prepare.

Choose Homechef choose homechef by name, cuisine you like or ratings & reviews by other foodies.

Place Order Have a look of their menu, choose items you like and enter your exact delivery address, payment method and your phone number. Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help us contact you regarding your order, if needed.

That’s all!  Now sit back, relax, and we’ll get your food delivered to your doorstep.

Yes, But our registration process is just a one-step process. This is required so that we can keep you posted on the progress of your order until it gets delivered.

No. Each Homechef may have different order preferences.

Minimum order values vary from each Homechef.

Yes, you may order in advance.

Any change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications are allowed if possible. Request you to get in touch on support@hommy.in with your order id and other details. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call them.

All the charges & taxes are collected solely by the Homechef not by Hommy.in

Price you see on menu is inclusive of all taxes 🙂

If certain items are missing from your order, please check if the item has been billed or not. Please email us at support@hommy.in with your order id and other details.


You can use any of the online payment options using our secure payment gateway. In addition, there are various online payment methods available. We accept payments through Credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking through all major banks and leading wallet providers.

After placing your order you will be redirected to the secure payment page of our payment partner, where you can follow the instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be transmitted to the Homechef.

Sorry we do not accept any meal voucher. Payments can be made only through the methods listed in our payment options.

If an amount is debited from your card or account but order is not booked at hommy.in, we will automatically cancel your order and reverse the payment to your original payment mode.

Details of the progress of your order will be shared with you through email/SMS, along every step between order placement to delivery.

We will also keep you posted through SMS with delivery executive details.

Delivery costs are determined by Homechefs individually. Usually the ones closest to you will charge a small delivery fee. If a delivery driver has to travel a long way, they may charge a little extra for the service. There are many Homechefs offering free delivery as well. You can easily check the delivery cost for each homechef whilst browsing our website.

Delivery time varies from homechef to homechef. It also depends on the number of orders that the homechef has to prepare and on the distance between the kitchen and your delivery address.

You can see the estimated delivery time for each kitchen in your area on our website. After placing an order, a more precise delivery time will be communicated to you by SMS.

Cancellation & Refund

We do allow canceling an order before it is prepared by the homechef. It is not possible for us to cancel an order once it is prepared by the homechef. Usually this is within 5 minutes of placing an order.

Based on the type of payment mode you have chosen, you will get a full refund within 1-7 business days. However, Refunds into Hommy money are done within 24 hours and you can use it for your next order.

Please ask the delivery executive to show you the bill. Unfortunately, sometimes it is impossible to hand over the original bill to you as we need it to settle the books with our homechefs.

We only collect food on your behalf from the Homechefs and deliver it, and we won’t be accountable for the quality of the food. In case you have any feedback, please write at support@hommy.in with your order id and other details and we’ll take it up with the Homechef in question.
